Article 1
When you make a reservation for a transfer of residence or to the airport and vice versa, the company or the individual, either telephoned Knock Airport Taxis, or request a service by e-mail. Each reservation shall be made preferably at the usual form which is available on our website under reservation. All bookings are confirmed by email by Knock Airport Taxis , after Knock Airport Taxis provide the service in accordance with the terms of these terms and conditions. Deviating terms and conditions of the company, the individual or individuals provide can only be accepted if they are expressly accepted in writing by Knock Airport Taxis , before the start of implementation of the agreement. A copy of the application and / or the confirmation is issued to the customer
Article 2
In order to properly implement our services every customer must provide all relevant information, as well as any relevant information requested by Knock Airport Taxis . Should at least provide the number and the pick up or address of arrival, provided your departure and / or arrival of the flight and a phone number where the transport of persons can be reached with any necessary changes are communicated by request
Article 3
Customers are collected by Knock Airport Taxis at the address mentioned at the time of booking by the passanger. The exact time of the withdrawal is communicated in written confirmation by Knock Airport Taxis . If necessary due to unforeseen traffic jams, congestion, road works and / or weather conditions the passangers to be transported will be contacted directly by Knock Airport Taxis to adjust the hours of collection.
Article 4
On collection at the airport the passenger should look for their driver in the arrivals hall with a sign with their name on it . Every customer must inform Knock Airport Taxis if their flight has been delayed. In the event of a delayed flight Knock Airport Taxis will do their very best to have a driver there at the new scheduled arrival time passangers may have to wail up to 30 mins. This is only in the event of delayed flights
Article 5
The customer transported shall be held liable for all damage or soiling to Knock Airport Taxis incurs by their mistake.
Article 6
All quotations are only binding one month, unless a different period is expressly agreed in writing, and are subject to revision when the prices of means of production would rise
Article 7
Cases of force majeure release Knock Airport Taxis from all responsibility. Force majeure is understood to include: abnormal weather conditions, unforeseen traffic jams, not announced road works, demonstrations, … This list is an example, but is not restrictive
Article 8
In case of disputes, only the courts of the jurisdiction where the registered office of Knock Airport Taxis has jurisdiction.
Article 9.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your booking if you do so, up to 48hrs before your travel date, you will be entitled to a refund minus 5% ( to cover transaction fees) of your booking payment.
If you cancel within this 48hrs window or fail to show up there will be no refund. In the event of diverted, flights we will allow you to change the pick-up time from Knock Airport at no extra charge.
If your flight is cancelled we will allow you to reschedule your booking free of charge once you haven’t travelled with us to Ireland west Airport
Proof of the cancellation of your flight will be required and we must be notified by email as soon as you find out your flight is cancelled
Please note all cancelations by you the customer must be emailed to us as cancelations won’t be acknowledged by any other form of communication.
